Dear Ben…

image

Thank you for always making sure I have a fresh drink beside my bed in the morning
Thank you for clearing the ice off my car before I go to work
Thank you for making my lunch
Thank you for always giving me the chocolate bit at the end of your ice-cream cone
Thank you for looking after me
Thank you for never judging me
Thank you for being so gorgeous
Thank you for sorting out my car insurance
Thank you for lifting the heavy boxes
Thank you for taking my glasses off when I fall asleep
Thank you for always caring about my day
Thank you for being the best boyfriend in the world

Happy Friday, I love you xxx

Awareness. It's not so much about making others aware of our mental health issue, than it is about you yourself becoming aware of your issues and taking control.
