Thinking in blog posts

Writing a blog has changed the way I think. I actually think in blog posts now and whenever something remotely funny or interesting happens to me I get the sudden urge to write it down before it flies out of my head again. This proved to be quite difficult and frustrating when I hadn’t got used to my touch screen phone, and the ideas were flowing faster than my fingers could type, so now I make sure I carry a notebook around at all times, just in case!

I had forgotten what it was like to wake up in the middle of the night with a creative idea buzzing around my mind or wondering how exactly to start my first novel. I had always thought that I might/possibly could, at some point, try to write a book but now I feel inspired to just write and see what happens. It’s amazing because before I started writing I felt that something had been missing from my life, I got bogged down by pretty much everything and forgot how to be myself for a while. I feel so lucky to have grown up in a world where it is so easy to share your opinions and inspiration is only ever a google away.

Happy Blogging/Writing everyone!
